The Body for life Diet is an intensive exercise and nutrition program, that is based on the fact that you are more motivated to keep a diet and a exercise routine if you see results quickly.
The diet founder, Bill Phillips, made a promise: by following this program, in 12 weeks and you'll have the best body you've ever had. The program is difficult though: it involves training with weights around 45 minutes, three days a week, alternating with aerobic exercise for at least 20 minutes, three days a week.
Body for Life involves eating six small servings of food in each of the first six days of the week, with a freedom to eat whatever you like in the seventh.
In the first six days dieters will consume only healthy foods – vegetables, wild rice, chicken and fish. The key to success of this diet is the rigorous exercise regime.
